Seeing this perfectly edible ornament reminds me of my 3rd graders who used to grow radishes, along with bush beans, Manoa lettuce, sweet corn and peanuts, in our garden at school. At harvest time we’d bag them in ziploc bags and sell them to interested adults on campus, getting every single one of them sold by the end of the day.

I can handle them straight up but not all at once. Better in a salad. so delicious. 👍🏻
